Who we are

Collette is a dedicated and experienced educational leader whose role enables her to shape and implement strategies that strengthen partnerships, embed inclusive practices and drive sustainable improvements in raising standards. With over 25 years of senior leadership experience across mainstream and alternative provision, she brings extensive expertise in behaviour, attendance and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) support.

In her role as director of engagement for the trust, Collette is pleased to have the opportunity to share her knowledge and skills with other multi-academy trusts and local authorities, supporting vast numbers of children and influencing practice well beyond Olive Academies.

A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, Collette is driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to feel and be successful. She is committed to amplifying diverse voices, removing barriers to participation and building collaborative partnerships that nurture belonging, achievement and lifelong growth. Her professional goals focus on creating systems that embed inclusion at their core and remain sustainable for future generations.

Alongside her work across the trust, Collette proudly supports the strategic leadership of the Olive Foundation, the charity that sits alongside the trust to provide exceptional experiences for children and young people.
