Katherine is a successful senior strategy and HR professional with experience of leading large scale change and restructuring programmes for international organisations working both within the UK and across Africa, South Asia and North America. She is currently People Director at Redington where she is accountable for all HR activity from recruitment and onboarding to performance development, employee engagement and organisational design. She coaches senior managers across the business and plays a lead role in the company's diversity and inclusion activities.
Katherine comes with broad industry and technical experience of working in project finance, risk consultancy and tech start-ups and has a Masters in Business Administration.
