As Facilities and Infrastructure Manager at Olive Academies, Kuda provides strategic and operational leadership across the trust’s estate, ensuring that learning environments are safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for purpose.
In this role, Kuda has trust‑wide responsibility for facilities management, health and safety assurance, capital projects and statutory compliance across multiple academies. He leads the development and implementation of facilities strategies that align with Olive Academies’ growth, including the integration of new academies and schools, while maintaining consistency and high standards across existing sites.
Prior to working for the central team, Kuda was a senior leader at OA-Havering with responsibility for personal development, behaviour and wellbeing.
