Located in Hornchurch, our academy supports up to 40 young people aged between 11 and 16.
Head of Academy
The refurbished academy building offers an impressive range of facilities including state-of-the-art classrooms, a science laboratory, a canteen, a multi-purpose hall, atrium, extensive teaching kitchens, gardens and a multi-sports pitch.
Our aim is to transform the lives of children and young people for whom traditional teaching methods have not worked. We help our students develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to believe that they can be successful in their own lives.

Our academy priorities for this academic year are:
- to ensure excellent engagement and attendance from all our students
- to continue to improve and develop our broad and balanced curriculum
- to further develop our academy site, particularly those areas planned for horticulture and sport.
Pupils value their relationship with staff highly and feel supported, respected and listened to.
Pupils experience a broad and balanced curriculum.
