Our pioneering network of alternative provision academies are nurturing, inclusive communities which combine creative and engaging learning opportunities with a culture of respect. We want to work with people who care about removing barriers to learning for children and young people.
Our aim is that staff who work in our trust are part of a community which is values driven and which has children at the centre of everything we do. We recognise that working in alternative provision schools can be extremely enjoyable and fulfilling, but it can also be challenging. Our academies are staffed by close and friendly teams who support each other on a day-to-day basis. Our leaders are experienced and understand what it's like - they are supportive, offer advice and also listen to feedback and ideas. The trust also makes sure that staff who need it have access to supervision and mentoring.
