Many congratulations to our wonderful Olive AP Academy – Thurrock team for reaching the finals of the Thurrock Education Awards 2022, which received a record-breaking 517 nominations from young people, parents and colleagues across the borough in 11 award categories.
We’re very proud to announce that our academy team has been shortlisted for the following awards:
- Excellence in English or science, technology, engineering or maths (STEM): the Olive AP Academy – Thurrock STEM team.
- Mental health and well-being champion: Susie Tyler, Office Manager
- Education leader of the year: Collette Hunnisett, Executive Headteacher
