Digital Communications Lead

Employment type: 37 hours per week, term-time plus four weeks
Salary: £42,708 - £47,754 FTE | £40,504 - £45,290 pro-rata

We are looking for an experienced communications professional with digital expertise to build our online presence through regular, meaningful content that engages our key stakeholders and supports the strategic direction of the trust. The successful candidate will develop an online narrative that aligns with our positioning statement, creating content that demonstrates our impact, reinforces our credibility and celebrates our achievements. The postholder will also be responsible for creating and implementing successful online advertising campaigns that seek to develop an employer brand that attracts high-calibre job applicants, in line with the trust’s Employee Recruitment and Retention Strategy.

This role is part of the trust’s growing Communications Team, whose members will work closely together across all projects to achieve the aims of the overarching communications strategy.

While the role is remote, there is a requirement to attend monthly team meetings at our offices in Stratford, along with any adhoc in-person engagements necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
