Andy is a dedicated member of the Olive Academies team, bringing a wealth of experience in secondary education. As a senior leader for over 20 years in the secondary sector, including headteacher for 12 years, Andy is committed to supporting students who face challenges in traditional educational settings. Andy was part of the local group of secondary schools who launched their own Alternative Provision school during his tenure as headteacher, as well as seeking inclusive solutions for students within mainstream education. Andy enjoys running, hill walking and cycling and instructs primary age children in Bikeability skills.
