Anna Morse
Director of Operations
Anna is Director of Operations at Olive Academies and brings more than 19 years' experience of alternative provision. Her career has included overseeing and commissioning community-based alternative provision, working within the senior leadership team of a county-wide pupil referral unit and as part of the central executive team of a multi-academy trust, where she oversaw operations and supported the opening of two Free Schools.
At Olive Academies, Anna leads a portfolio spanning HR, communications and marketing, estates and infrastructure and executive administration. Through high-quality, effective central services, she is committed to enabling academy leaders and staff to focus on what matters most: improving outcomes for children and young people.
Values-led and collaborative in her approach, Anna is passionate about partnership working and committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people, regardless of their background or ability.
She completed her NPQEL in 2024 and is currently undertaking a master's in educational leadership, with a research focus on effective alternative provision.
