David is a dedicated, experienced educational professional, who is proud to lead a talented team at Olive supporting vulnerable learners in achieving success and fulfilling their ambitions.
Over the past three years, David has progressed from Assistant Headteacher to Executive Headteacher, now responsible for two academies. Alongside this, he has successfully completed the NPQH to further strengthen his expertise. His track record demonstrates both commitment and drive, with a clear focus on school improvement and empowering staff and students alike.
Proud to play a role in shaping children’s futures, David is passionate about ensuring that every child has access to an education that allows them to flourish, and that schools are happy, safe environments for both pupils and staff. He is committed to his own continuous learning, striving always to be the best version of himself for the benefit of his community.
