Who we are

Deepa brings a unique blend of academic and consulting experience across public services. With a Doctorate in Oncology and over 10 years of experience in consulting, Deepa specialises in prevention and early intervention across education, health, and social care. She has led national programmes and worked alongside government departments on delivering improved outcomes for communities and citizens. Deepa is passionate about equity and inclusion. She received the International Women’s Award at EY, as one of the rising stars for her contributions to building inclusive workplace cultures and co-founded a firm-wide initiative aimed at championing diversity across high-performing teams. She continues this commitment through her volunteering with a mental health organisation, empowering children and families with the tools and techniques to manage their trauma. Deepa runs youth programmes and sets up virtual libraries in Kenya as a way of making education more accessible.
