Who we are

Shona Green is HR Advisor at Olive Academies, where she provides advice and support to office managers and HR coordinators across the trust. She oversees the effective management of employee relations matters and helps ensure HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.

With more than a decade of experience in the education sector, Shona has held a range of HR roles within multi-academy trusts, developing expertise in HR operations, employee relations and process improvement. She is passionate about supporting colleagues to create positive working environments that enable staff and students to thrive.
