About OA-Tunbridge Wells
We aim to transform the lives of children and young people for whom traditional teaching methods have not worked. The academy supports pupils to grow both academically and socially, with enrichment playing an integral part of the core curriculum.
Our broad and balanced curriculum underpins our ethos of creativity, innovation and mastering of the basics: reading, writing, communicating and mathematics.
We want all our students to leave us as resilient and fully confident young adults, who will make a significant contribution to wider society in the future.
Admissions

Academy priorities
All new academies joining the Olive Academies Family, including OA-TW, are supported through a Focused Action Plan, which covers key areas including leadership and management, safeguarding, outcomes and progression, curriculum and teaching, attendance, behaviour, SEND, admissions and induction and outreach. This ensures that new academies embed the ‘Olive Way’, are statutorily compliant and deliver high quality educational provision for the young people in their care.
