Employment type: Permanent, full-time, term-time + 4 weeks
Salary: £48,119 - £52,090 (£50,737 - £54,924)

We are are seeking to appoint a HR Advisor. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, proactive HR advice and operational support to academy leaders and HR coordinators across the trust, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures, effective management of employee relations matters, and a positive employee experience.

Established in 2013, it is one of the first academy sponsors specialising in alternative provision (AP) in England.  We have seven provisions in London, Kent and the East of England – in Cambridge, Havering, Suffolk, Thurrock, Tunbridge Wells and Wisbech, as well as an outreach service.
